I have an almost-new Lennox ES60 e-scooter that is showing that it is in "eco" mode. I did not choose that setting purposely. I have installed the aovopro app on my smartphone to change it back to 'sport', and followed the instructions to connect the scooter, but the scooter does not connect to the app.
When I turn on the scooter and app, the bluetooth icon shows as 'disconnected'. When i tap the bluetooth icon, the app searches for available devices, but doesn't appear to see the scooter. The icon stays as 'disconnected'.
I have tried numerous ways: e.g., app open first before turning bike on; and bike on first before opening app, but no luck. I also uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
I have also tried scanning via my smartphone's bluetooth app, but i can't see anything that looks like a scooter.
What should i do?

To connect your Lenoxx ES60 e-scooter to the Aovopro app and change it from eco mode to sport mode, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the Aovopro app from the App Store or Google Play on your smart device. 2. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. 3. Press the on/off button on the scooter for 1 second to turn it on. 4. Open the Aovopro app; the scooter should connect automatically. 5. On the main app page, use the speed mode button to switch between the pre-set speed levels. 6. Select "Sport" mode (25 km/h) to change from eco mode.
Your scooter should now be in sport mode.

@Mr. Anderson - Hi and thanks for the advice, but I have tried that many, many times. The scooter does not connect automatically. I have waited for minutes for it to do so, but it does not connect. The word under the bluetooth icon in the app says "disconnected" when I open the app, and it does not change. Further, when I click on the bluetooth icon in the app, it appears to run a search for devices, but it always comes back blank.
Do you have any advice on how to troubleshoot the bluetooth connection between the scooter and the app? Cheers, Tom
