WARNING
• The maximum size cooking vessel for boiling or steaming with this cooker is 100-quart.
• Do not use a cooking vessel smaller than 12-inches diameter.
• Do not use this appliance for frying with oil/grease.
• Do not use this appliance for frying whole turkeys.
ATTENTION :
Control Knob/Valve to OFF position after every use!
and this Cooker, come equipped with a safety device that restricts the flow
of gas should the hose be cut or severed. While the safety device protects
the operator, it can sometimes impair lighting the cooker. To reduce trouble
lighting the cooker, always turn the regulator control knob/valve to the OFF
position after every use.
This Instruction Manual contains important information necessary for the proper
assembly and safe use of this appliance. You must carefully read and follow all warnings and
instructions in this manual before assembling and using this appliance.

    CONNECTING REGULA TOR HOSE ASSEMBL Y TO COOKER The Regulator Hose Assembly is a pre-assembled unit. Do not take apart. Simply connect the regulator hose assembly to the LP gas cylinder and to the cooker. An adjustable wrench is needed when attaching the hose to the Jet Tube.
