POWER SOURCE
AC OPERATING
Unwind the AC Cord and extend it to its full length. Insert the AC Cord into any convenient household outlet.
BACKUP BATTERY
1. Open the battery compartment cover.
2. Put a 9V (6F22) battery (not included) into the battery compartment, making sure that the battery is installed in the designated
numerical order and that the proper polarities ( + and – ) are maintained.
3. Close the battery compartment.
To prevent possible damage to this unit:
• Load new batteries with their polarities ( + and – ) aligned correctly.
• Do not apply heat to batteries, or internal short circuit may occur.
• If this unit is not to be used for a long period of time, remove all batteries and store them in a cool and dry place.
• Remove spent battery immediately and dispose of it.
SETTING THE TIME
The first time when you connect the power cord, time will flash on the screen. If you find clock display reverts to this display at any time,
it is possible that there has been a power cut and clock will need to reset.
To set the time:
• Slide the TIME / LOW / HIGH switch to TIME position.
• Then press the UP or DOWN button until the desired time is display on the screen. Pressing the UP button will move the digit forward
at a faster speed. Pressing the DOWN button will move the digit backward at a normal speed. This also applies to alarm setting.
• Slide TIME /LOW/ HIGH switch to any position other than TIME.
PLAYING THE RADIO
1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
2. Press POWER ON/OFF button to switch the unit ON.
3. Turn the VOLUME knob to adjust to your desired volume level.
4. Slide NS/RADIO switch to RADIO position.
5. Select a desired band by BAND switch (FM or AM).
6. Turn the TUNING knob to tune in a desired station.
7. To turn off the radio, press POWER ON/OFF button again.
LISTEN TO NATURE SOUND
When the unit is on, you can listen to nature sounds by sliding the NS/Radio Switch to NS, then select the desired nature sound by
adjusting the NS Switch.
SETTING THE ALARM
The alarm clock radio is designed with dual alarms. These instructions apply to both alarm 1 and alarm 2.
1. Setting the alarm time:
• Press and hold the ALARM 1 button, then press and hold the UP or DOWN button until the desired time is display on the screen.
• Release both buttons.
Note: Be sure to set the time properly.
2. Setting the alarm source:
There are 3 alarm sources including buzzer, ns (which is short for nature sound) and radio.
• Radio: First switch on the unit, select AM or FM and tune in a desired station with the perfect volume level. Then press POWER
ON/OFF button to set the unit OFF. Slide ALARM 1 FUNCTION switch to RADIO position.
• NS: First switch on the unit and slide the NS/RADIO switch to NS. Then slide NS switch to select a desired nature sound. Adjust
to a perfect volume level and slide ALARM 1 FUNCTION switch to NS position.
• Buzzer: Slide ALARM 1 FUNCTION switch to BUZZER position.
• Press ON/OFF button (15) to finish setting the alarm.
Note: You can reverse the setting operations of "Setting the alarm time" and "Setting the alarm source".
SWITCH OFF THE ALARM
When the alarm 1 goes off:
1. Snooze the Alarm: Press the SNOOZE button. Alarm stops and will sound again in approximately 7 minutes.
2. Stop the Alarm: Press POWER ON/OFF button.
3. Stop the Alarm Completely: Slide the ALARM 1 FUNCTION switch to OFF position and ALARM 1 indicator lights off.
SETTING THE SLEEP TIMER
While you are using the alarm clock radio, press SLEEP button and the default sleep time is 59 minutes.
1. Hold the SLEEP button and press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the sleep timer (from 0 to 59 minutes).
2. Release the buttons when you've completed the setting.
3. When the sleep timer goes off, the unit will be shut off automatically.
Note: To turn off the sleep feature before the sleep timer goes off, press the POWER ON /OFF button.
LOW/HIGH DIMMER
You can set the intensity of the display. Slide the TIME /LOW/HIGH switch to LO or HI position.

5. Si l'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé pendant une
longue période de temps, retirez les piles pour éviter
les dommages ou les blessures en cas de fuite de la
pile.

7. Retirez les piles rapidement de l'appareil lorsqu'elles
sont épuisées.
