How to pair 2nd edition to a schuberth src communication system

If the collar has "A" & "B" buttons follow the process immediately below,
otherwise scroll down to option B below.
(1) Turn on the SRC by holding down the "phone" button until the blue lights start flashing slowly.
(2) Press and hold the "Volume up" button for at least 6 seconds until red/Blue flashing lights
(3) On the TomTom Rider 2
(4) Provided they are withing range the TomTom Rider 2
to the SRC using the SRC v4.20 headset protocol.
(5) You should now hear a "GPS Connected" message from the Helmet speakers
(6) Now check the pairing is working by scrolling through the menu on the TomTom Rider 2
to the "adjust sound level" option. Try altering the sound level and then choose "Test" which should
result in a test announcement being heard through the SRC speakers inside the helmet.
(7) It is a good idea to repeat this process whilst wearing the Schuberth helment to ensure
announcements are nice and clear. If they are muffled then you may need to adjust the speaker
placement within the helmet lining so they align with your ears.
(8) You may also want to adjust the volume on the Tomtom Rider 2
loudness level – and then reduce the sound to a suitable level using the volume Up/Down buttons on
the SRC collar as needed. This will ensure that even when travelling very quickly you should be able
to clearly hear messages from the TomTom Rider 2
TomTom such as bluetooth Phone or MP3 inputs.
OPTION B
If instead of "A" and "B" buttons the SRC has wifi & phone buttons then follow these steps..
(1) turn on SRC – which will be confirmed by slow blue flashing lights
(2) press and hold the "+" button for at least 5 seconds until RED and BLUE begin rapidly flashing
(3) IMMEDIATELY the lights flash rapidly, BRIEFLY release the "+" button (a couple of seconds) and
then press the "+" button again – this will tell the SRC you want to connect to a GPS

(4) Go to the Rider 2
(5) It should eventually discover and connect to the SRC.
(5) You should now hear a "GPS Connected" message from the Helmet speakers
(6) Now check the pairing is working by scrolling through the menu on the TomTom Rider 2
to the "adjust sound level" option. Try altering the sound level and then choose "Test" which should
result in a test announcement being heard through the SRC speakers inside the helmet.
