IMPORTANT: The CRV will be sent via common carrier on its own trailer and secured to that trailer. It could arrive
in a box truck or an open flatbed. You will find the CRV Trailer is secured to the transport trailer. Before attempting
to unload the CRV and Trailer from the transport trailer, it should be up to a dock for safe removal. Use CAUTION
when preparing to take the CRV off the trailer. Make sure the trailer is level. If you do not have a dock, arrange to
have a flatbed truck to back up to the trailer. (DO NOT USE RAMPS!) Before driving the CRV off the trailer,
disconnect any restraining devices securing the unit to the trailer.
Once the CRV Trailer is out of the transport trailer, read the Operating Instructions.

READ BEFORE OPERATING
Understand the intended use of this equipment. It is designed to pick up cores but can also be used as a
roller to smooth grass playing surfaces. It is not an all-terrain vehicle and should not be used as such.
Do a walk around the machine looking for damage that may have occurred during
transportation. Be sure to note any damage on the bill of lading. Take pictures
and document all problems. If any damage or leaks are found, report them to
service manager. NOTE: If there are no hydraulic leaks, do not open the
hydraulic tank cap. If it hasn't leaked, the level will be fine.
Check engine oil & fuel level.
Be sure the CRV Trailer is connected to a suitable tow vehicle.
Before climbing on the machine, pivot the release handle on the trailer.
Unstrap the four straps holding the machine on the trailer. NOTE: These
straps must be used to tie the machine to the trailer before moving.
Use safety step & bar to climb on the machine and adjust the seat.
Become familiar with the Controls.
There are two handles, one on each side
of the seat. These will raise/lower the
elevator conveyors. When they are
pulled back, the elevators are in the
raised position.
Be sure to raise the conveyors for trans-
portation by pulling back both conveyor
handles towards the rear of the machine.
The right pedal will cause the machine to go forward; the left pedal will cause
the machine to go in reverse. The farther you press the pedal, the faster the
unit will go.
Start the engine and allow it to warm up for a couple of minutes. Press the left
pedal easy. The machine will go in reverse and the trailer will tilt and the
machine will roll off the trailer to the ground.
