    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS I. Making a bag with bag roll 1. Open the back cover . 2. Make sure the bag cutter is on one end of the cutter rack, Then put the cutter rack to the back. 3.Pull out the bag to the suitable length you want. 4.Put down the cutter rack and make sure it is on the right place of the bags, then slide the cutter from one end to the other end to cut the bag.
