We are currently experiencing an issue with the integration of your TCB-IFCB-4E modules in our system. At our company, we are trying to connect four air conditioning units, each with its own TCB-IFCB-4E interface module. Our goal is to connect the COM (TP07), Operation (TP08), and Alarm (TP10) signals from each module to a Pilz PSSu E F 4DI input module. However, whenever we wire these connections in parallel, the fuse consistently blows. We have double-checked the wiring and module documentation, but we are unable to determine the root cause of the issue. Could you please advise us on the correct method for connecting multiple TCB-IFCB-4E modules to a shared digital input module? Are there any known limitations or special considerations when wiring these modules in parallel? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards,
