Good evening,
I just used my new McKesson Lumeon 179 for the first time, and I have run into some issues.
1st- there are no focusing diopters included with my model.
2nd- I **** also missing one of the handles used to reposition the device so I cannot adjust the angle without loosening the bolt and just hoping it doesn't topple over.
3rd: The large focus knobs are installed backwards. The numbers are upside down and it is clearing focusing in when turned down to .67 and focusing out when turned up to 4.5.
We are eager for a solution. Thank you.

If your McKesson Lumeon 179 is missing focusing diopters, a repositioning handle, and has incorrectly installed focus knobs, you should contact the customer support team for assistance in obtaining the necessary accessories or spare parts. Additionally, if the focus knobs need adjustment, you can follow the focusing tension adjustment instructions in the manual to tighten or loosen them as needed.
