TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Troubleshooting Strategy
Use common sense and a systematic method of troubleshooting to determine the exact problem,
probable cause and remedy. Use the process of elimination to find the faulty component. Always
check for the simple and obvious causes first such as unplugged, loose or broken wires and bad
sensors, bent, pinched, stuck or jammed components.
PROBLEM
No power to the game.
No lights on at all.
Bill Acceptor powers on.
But everything else off.
(Power Supply not ON)
PROBABLE CAUSE
Unplugged.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Power strip faulty.
Faulty cable/power supply.
Power supply unplugged.
Rocker Switch and voltage switch.
Power supply shu�ng down because of
12 V overload.
Faulty power supply.

REMEDY
Check wall outlet.
Reset power strip breaker switch or
building circuit breaker.
Change plug posi�on, replace if needed.

Insure unit is plugged
into power strip.
Make sure rocker switch is set ON. (‐)
and switch at 100V or 230V
See power supply diagnos�cs to isolate
bad component. A bad motor or 12 volt
short would cause this.
