Orbital sander

Orbital sander is a hand-held power tool for sanding, in which
the sanding pad/disc delivers a random-orbital action. This
sander is a vibrating tool composed of a ball bearing mechanism
where we come to fix a sanding pad.
The random turning ellipses creates a uniform surface with
minimum visible scratches possible. It gives a finer finish with a
uniform material removal.
 With the vibrations in tiny circles, the orbital sander is used for
ultra-smooth sanding. These can be used for preparing a surface
before and after painting.
 A random orbital sander can be used on wood (majorly), plastic or
for metal working, various other applications as well, from wood
shops, painting jobs to removing rust from steel surfaces.
Despite being very simple to use, you still need to know how an
orbital sander works in order to use it correctly. Read the
operators manual very carefully.
