Before calling for service, check to see whether
the faults is due to something that you can put
right yourself. See chapter 11, Trouble shoo-
ting.
If you do require service, telephone your lo-
cal ASKO retailer or the ASKO representative
for your country. See guarantee card for address
and telephone number.
BEFORE CONTACTING THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Before contacting the Service Department, make
a note of the model number, type designation
and serial number.
The model number is on the detergent
compartment. The type designation and the
serial number are on the type plate located abo-
ve the washer door.
