MAI 2Pump Pictor Quick User Guide

Preparation

1.
Pour water into the hopper.
2.
Connect hose to the coupling.
3.
Turn on the machine and wait for the water to be pumped out og the hose. (Pay attention
to the water level in the hopper. Ensure that it does not fall below the minimum material
level, which is the neck of the hopper.)
4.
Stop the machine once the water comes out of the hose.

Pumping

1.
Pour your fully mixed material into the hopper.
2.
Start the pump and allow the material to push the remaining water out of the hose.
3.
When the material starts to come out of the hose, you can start your work. (ALWAYS keep
the material above the minimum material level. DO NOT dry run the pump. there must be
at least water that is in the pump.
