Tiki Bar Assembly
Your Tiki Bar will arrive partially assembled. The bar base is assembled.
All you need to do is attach the bar top and assemble and attach the
roof, and assemble the stools.
Required:

2 people (recommended)
•
Rubber Mallet
•
Cordless Drill (we supply the bit)
Place the bar base in position and fit the bar top over the base as shown.
Insert the roof post assemblies into the two holes on the top of the bar all
the way until they hit bottom.
Roof:
Lay-out the roof parts as shown on the left.
Insert the tenons into the holes, and use a rubber mallet to tap them in
securely, as shown below.
Hardware packet:
1½" brown ceramic-coated deck screws,
4" brown ceramic-coated deck screws,
¾" zinc-plated flat-head wood screws,
1½" Tin-plated Kreg screws (not shown)
Nylon Cable Clamps.
