Islander Gazebo Assembly Instructions
Please read and understand the complete instructions prior to assembly and use of your

6' Step Ladder
Cordless Drill (we supply the bit)
Level
¾" Wrench
Tape Measure
Silicone Caulking (optional)

  • Page 2 Base Wall Assembly: The Base is marked TOP to indicate which side should be up. Stand it in this manner and align the solid wood corner base to it so the two tops are even. Fasten with 2½” screws through the pre-drilled holes. Set the pre-assembled door unit in place, positioned so that it allows access to the tub’s mechanical components.
  • Page 3 Door Unit Assembly: Get all parts for door unit and lay them out on a flat surface so that the track is at the top and facing up . Fixed doors go at either end and have a 2”x3” added to the sides for fastening to corner unit. Set the door unit flush with centre spacer (on top heatder) …...
  • Page 4 Header Assembly: Headers are marked left and right. These attach to the roof panels prior to installation as indicated by photos below. Fasten with 2½“ screws into pre-drilled holes. Roof Assembly: Roof panels are marked “A_A”, “B_B”, etc., to fit together as sides. After installing the headers, lay out the roof panels along the ends and sides with appropriate letters together.
  • Page 5 To install the dome box, raise the box up through the opening and bring it down to set it into the opening. This box should fit snuggly and may require that you push up on the roof panels to allow the box to slip into place. The edging on the outside of the box should fit tightly down onto the roof.
  • Page 6 2. If you decide to leave your sauna natural it will weather off to a rustic silver grey look. Saunas are built with cedar and made to be left unfinished in the elements. 3.
