AFTER COOKING:
Do not put out the Mangal with water or liquids.
Charcoal will be consumed itself.

RECARGA DEL EQUIPO
To keep the Mangal's temperature the charcoal has to be
added from time to time.
Para mantener la temperatura del Mangal debe añadirse
carbón durante el día.
Prepare the charcoal on one of the sides of each
combustion shield.
Prepara el carbón en uno de los lados de cada uno de los
escudos de combustión,
The coal added will fire-up with the help of the previous
charcoal rest, it is not necessary to open the lower vent.
When the charcoal is ready mix it and keep cooking.
El carbón añadido se encenderá con la ayuda del resto
del carbón anterior, no es necesario abrir el tiro inferior.
Cuando el carbón esté listo mezclarlo y continúa
