  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select part 1 x2, 2 x2, 6 x2, hardware A x8, G x8, K. Place 6 face down. Insert G x4 into the dowel holes in ends of 6. Align 1 dowel holes with dowels and press rmly in place.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select 14 x7, E x14. Insert 14 into slat slots on 7s. Repeat for other six 14s. Using E x2, Fasten ends of 14 to 7. Repeat fastening E x2 for other six 14s. Select part 3, 4, 6, hardware A x4, G x4, K.
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select part 3, 5, 6, hardware A x4, G x4, K. Place 6 face down. Insert G x4 into the dowel holes in ends of 6. Align 3 dowel holes with dowels and press rmly in place. Fasten 3 to 6 with A x2 using K wrench.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Select 12 x2, D x6. Align 12 to center holes on outside of 10. Using D x3, Fasten 12 to 10 x2, and 8. Align 12 to center holes on outside of 11. Fasten 12 to 11 x2 with D x3.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS **REQUIRES TWO PERSON LIFT** Select H x4. Insert H x4 into top holes of 1 and 2 posts. Using 2 person lift, align the posts of 3, 4, 5 to 1, 2 and insert lower posts onto H and insert into holes of posts on 3, 4, 5.

Ensure thickness of the mattress and foundation combined does not exceed 8 inches (20.3 cm) and that mattress is at least 5”...
