Problem
The appliance does not operate.
The appliance stops during
operation.
Cannot file.
Cannot get rid of odor.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service centre authorized by Panasonic for
repair.

Possible cause
The frame is not securely attached.
The main body is not connected to the
household outlet with the AC adaptor.
The appliance is pressed against skin
too hard.
The file is worn out.
It is dirty.
Action
Reattach it.
Use the main body connected to the
household outlet with the AC adaptor.
Contact to skin with gentle force.
Replace the file.
Guidelines for replacement:
Approximately 1 year
Soak the file in water for approximately
24 hours before washing.
