5. After the time has elapsed, you will hear an alarm for 30 seconds. Press the
key MODE to untimely stop the alarm.

Error messages and Reset

If you overload the scale the displays shows the error message
Remove the weight and place only a part of the food. The maximum weight of
the scale is 3 kg.
To reset the sensor, remove the battery if necessary and wait a few minutes
before reinserting the battery in the compartment and observe right polarity.
If the display shows the error message
defective. In this case, contact our customer support department.

Changing the Battery

The scale comes with one button cell battery, type CR2032, 3 V. If the battery
symbol appears on the left bottom corner of the display, change the battery.
1. Open the battery compartment lid on the bottom of the scale and remove the
spent battery.
2. Insert one button cell battery, type CR2032, 3 V, into the housing (
Article No. 426205), observing the correct polarity. The +pole have to be face
up.
3. Place the battery compartment lid into the notch and close it until it locks
audible.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Wipe the digital kitchen scale with a lightly moistened cloth. Use detergent as
needed.
Do not clean the scale with aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to
damage the surfaces.
While cleaning, do not press on the display (4).
Do not allow liquids to enter the interior of the scale.
To store the scale space-savingly, use the suspension hole (5) to hang on the
wall.
Remove the battery if you do not use the scale for some time.
