Betriebsanleitung Warmhalteplatte Optionale Ausstattung 3.3.1 Einbaurahmen Einbaurahmen (beispielhaft) Bei Auswahl des optionalen Einbaurahmens wird der Einbaurahmen ab Werk an die Warmhalte-Platte montiert. Wenn der Einbaurahmen nachträglichen montiert wird, muss der Rahmen über die mitgelieferte Halterung mit der Warmhalte-Platte verbunden werden. Für den Transport ist die Warmhalte-Platte verpackt und auf einer geeigneten Palette befestigt, so dass die Oberfläche vor Beschädigungen durch Kratzer oder Spannungsrisse geschützt wird. -

Während des Betriebs hält die Warmhalte-Platten über die voreingestellte Oberflächentemperatur aufgestellte Speisenbehälter mit Inhalt auf Temperatur. Zur Unterstützung kann über der Warmhalte-Platte eine Wärmebrücke der Firma Hupfer aufgebaut werden. Wenn die Warmhalte-Platte im Heizmodus betrieben wird, ist die Infrarot-Lampe der Wärmebrücke aktiv. -
