Model 1000
General Description
The Model 1000 transmitter will transmit a
stereo audio signal by converting the signal into
a digital format and then transmitting this signal
in the 2.4 GHz frequency range. By transmitting
the signal in a digital format, noise and quality
losses that are inherent with conventional
analog systems are avoided.
The Model 1000 transmitter will transmit the
digital signal by applying forward error
correction and using modulation that will
achieve a high degree of robustness in typical
indoor environments.
The transmitter will go into standby (no
transmission) mode if no audio signal is
detected at the audio input. It will return to
active mode when an audio signal is detected.
