The other side cannot hear my voice.
• Check your smartphone to make sure the voice is going
through the Bluetooth earphones.
• Make sure the microphone is not muted.
• You can take out the right earphone and speak close to
the microphone. It will improve your voice quality in a very
noisy environment.
Does the wireless charging mat charge quicker than the
USB Type C cable?
• No, USB Type-C charging provides a faster and more
reliable charging input. Wireless charging can take up to
three and a half hours to fully charge the case, compared
to the roughly two hours with USB Type-C cable.
The charging time and battery life are different between the
left and right earphones.
• The charging time may differ between the two earphones
even if they start charging at the same time.
• The charging time and remaining battery may differ
between the two earphones due to different inner
components.
I cannot reset the earphones.
• Please follow the steps in page 9, try to repeat steps and
pay attention to the voice notifications.
• If you cannot hear 'device active' in step 4, your product
might be early released product. In step 4, the operation
is the same, except that there is no 'device active'
notification. In step 5, the earphones will not connect
automatically. You need to press the button of right
earphone twice to initiate the connection.
I have lost one of the earphones.
