    Commissioning  The jumper battery must provide a voltage of 24 volts and about the same capacity (Ah) as the machine battery.  Always use a jumper cable with insulated pole pliers and a cross-section from 35 mm².  After having connected the machine battery and the jumper battery with each other, immediately start the diesel engine, in order to prevent the jumper battery from being discharged.
