When the subject is too close, (within 0.68m (2.2ft), the LED will blink rapidly and the shutter will lock. The Auto Macro mode will be selected when the subject is within the range (0.68m ~ 1.0m).

    TAKING PICTURES/CÓMO FOTOGRAFIAR Aim the Autofocus frame at a subject.(Refer to page 12) Press the Shutter button half way down. The lens is focused when the green lamp turns on. If a subject is between 0.68m (2.2ft) and 1m (3.28ft), the green lamp blinks slowly and Macro mode is set automatically.
  • Page 21 NOTE When the flash is being charged, the flash indicator ( AUTO) on the LCD panel blinks and the shutter will not operate. When the Red LED blinks, use a tripod or steady support to avoid camera shake. In order to avoid camera shake, hold the camera steadily and press the Shutter button gently, particularly when using longer focal lengths.(Tele) After taking pictures, turn off the camera.
