Error Indication
Check the followings if a buzzer sounds and "U" and "numeral" are displayed alternately. (Cancel the
Child Lock mode if it is set (page 17).)

The lid is open
Unbalance

Cannot spin
Cannot dry
U 1 4
Cannot supply water
If the error still persists even after checking the above or in the event any error other than the above

occurs, disconnect the power plug and inform your dealer of the error indication displayed.

Check if any of the following is observed

on the drain hose.
• Is the hose put down?
• Is the hose clogged with lint?
• Is the hose crushed?
• Is the tip of the hose put in water?
• Is the middle of the hose raised more
than 10 cm?
• Is the extension hose longer than 3 m?
• Is the hose used too small?
• Is the hose frozen?
• Is lint accumulated in the drain port?
• Is the lid open? é Close the lid.
• Is any object such as button and coin stuck at the lid lock part?
é Remove the object (page 5).
• Is the load unevenly distributed? é Redistribute the load evenly
and close the lid.
Lit
• Is the washing machine unstable or placed on an inclined fl oor?
é Operation resumes by opening and closing the lid.
• Is the faucet turned on?
• Is the water tap or water supply hose frozen?
• Is there a water disruption?
• Is the water supply hose fi lter clogged?
