3. Disassemble the BMS/Meter cable gland.
4. Prepare two communication cables (without sheath) and insert the communication
cables through the cable nut.
5. Follow the pin map below to establish the communication between the smart meter
and the inverter:

to 20m depending on the cable category used (stranded cable of minimum category 6A is
recommended). In case a longer cable used, please refer to the standard IEA-485 and the
guideline TSB-89.
6. Keep the BMS/Meter cable gland off for next section regarding the battery
communication cable
