• Music source synchronization feature
a. Upon reboot of the keypad a synchronization with the HEOS device is performed to verify the correct music sources
are logged in. If this has not occurred, the scene will not trigger.
b. Scenes only work when there is a valid IP address and the audio widget on the home screen appears. When the
audio widget appears the audio synchronization has completed and the scene will function as programmed.

PPLICATION
1. Samsung Galaxy tablet cannot create a new Pandora account.
a. It will open a web browser page, but it will not load.
b. A PC, or a different smart device, can be used to create an account; then HEOS App is able to login with an existing
account.
2. The app does not allow creating a new iHeartRadio account on Galaxy tablet and iPad.
a. iHeart Radio is a free service, but is unable to create new accounts via Galaxy and iPad.
b. On the iPad -Pressing on link will not do anything.
i. On Galaxy tablet- message "Unknown Error"
ii. Use iHeartRadio App on an iPad (or a different smart device) and login with an existing account.
