    Chapter 2 Configuring from the monitor screen You can configure and operate network cameras from the monitor screen. To configure from your web browser, see “Chapter 3 Configuring from a Web Browser” (page 43). Operating and setting the monitor can be implemented by using either the Remote Control, or a USB mouse. To use a USB mouse, connect the mouse to the USB downstream port at the back of the monitor.

    Attention • When the monitor power is turned off while the user is logged in, the user is logged out from the system automatically. In such a case, you cannot display the web interface in your web browser. 2-2. Setting Screen The setting screen is used for various settings such as network camera registration and monitor system settings.
