Problems with the ice cube maker
Problem
The ice cube maker will
not switch on.
The ice-cube maker is
not producing any ice
cubes.
Cause and remedy
The appliance is not connected to the power supply
or is not switched on.
Reconnect to the mains and switch the appliance
back on.
The appliance and/or the ice-cube maker is not
turned on.
Switch on the appliance and the ice-cube maker.
The symbol lights up in the display and the ice
cube maker drawer is not closed properly.
Push the drawer all the way in.
The symbol lights up in the display and there is
not enough water in the water container.
Fill the water container with fresh tap water.
The water container is not fitted correctly.
Push the water container into the appliance, mak-
ing sure it clicks into position correctly.
The ice cube tray is not positioned correctly.
Adjust the position of the ice cube tray.
The temperature in the freezer section is too high.
Select a lower temperature.
