Warranty, declaration of transfer
Always follow the assembly instructions to ensure optimal functioning of our product.
PRIORIT shall assume no liability for damage to other devices which can be caused by the installation
or usage of EBEL:VENT EN-U.
PRIORIT's warranty covers the delivered products.
Changes or modifications to the design may only be made in consultation with PRIORIT, since
otherwise the permit/warranty shall be invalidated.
The warranty for assembly work must be assumed by the installer/fitter.
Warranty and liability claims in the case of personal injuries or property damage shall not be honoured
if they can be attributed to one or more of the following causes:

improper assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance,

non-compliance with the instructions regarding transport, storage, operation and assembly,

improper repairs or

disaster situations due to outside influences or force majeure.
