Wichtige Hinweise Das Produkt ist zwingend Lot- und waagrecht aufzustellen und zu montieren! Beim Abstellen von Einzelteilen, diese nicht auf die Ecken stellen und den Lagerbereich vorher mit weichem Material auslegen, z.B. mit einer Packdecke! Vor dem Öffnen des Gehäuses Netzstecker ziehen Wichtige Hinweise... - Page 7 Zur äußeren Reinigung des Umluftgerätes können gängige, milde Haushaltsreiniger verwendet werden. EBEL:VENT EN-U ist gegen Wasser, eindringende Feuchte oder Spritzwasser zu schützen. Werden sicherheitstechnisch relevante Beschädigungen festgestellt, so sind diese vor der weiteren Nutzung mit Originalteilen Instand zu setzen.

1 Angaben zur sicheren Verwendung Das PRIORIT Umluftgerät EBEL:VENT-EN-U dient zur Absaugung und Reinigung der Abluft aus Gefahrstoffschränken. Die Umgebungstemperatur darf 40°C nicht überschreiten. Das Gerät entlüftet den Schrank unter Berücksichtigung des vorgeschriebenen Luftwechsels, filtert die Kohlenwasserstoffe und zeigt die Funktion an über jeweils zwei Leuchten: ROT –... - Page 10 Bei Bedarf, jedoch mindestens jährlich, muss das Gerät von Fachpersonal überprüft werden und die Filter erneuert werden. Feinfilter und Aktivkohlefilter müssen erneuert werden. Ersatzfilter können bei PRIORIT nachbestellt werden. Für einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb empfehlen wir einen Ersatzfiltersatz bereit zu halten.

Filterwechsel Zuerst ist die Anlage vom Stromnetz zu trennen. Für einen Filterwechsel ist der Deckel des Gerätes zu entfernen. Dafür sind die vier Spannverschlüsse zu lösen. Nun können der Partikelfilter und der Aktivkohlefilter entnommen werden. Die neuen Filter unbedingt in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge, unten Aktivkohlefilter/oben Partikelfilter, einlegen. -

1 Instructions For Safe Use The PRIORIT EBEL:VENT-EN-U circulating air device is used for extracting and cleaning the exhaust air from safety cabinets. Do not use in areas where the ambient air temperature exceeds 40 °C. The device ventilates the cabinet in accordance with the specified air renewal rate, filters hydrocarbons, and indicates the current function using two lights: RED –... - Page 20 The device must be inspected by qualified personnel, and the filters must be replaced at least once a year or as needed. 1 Información sobre el uso seguro El dispositivo de ventilación EBEL:VENT-EN-U ha sido fabricado para la extracción y purificación del aire de escape que se encuentra en armarios de materiales peligrosos. La temperatura ambiente no debe superar los 40°C. El dispositivo ventila el armario teniendo en cuenta el cambio de aire prescrito, filtra los hidrocarburos y muestra la función a través de dos luces: ROJO - Error/ VERDE - Funcionando. - Page 30 armario de materiales peligrosos al espacio de trabajo. El filtro de partículas retiene el polvo y ayuda a aumentar de esta manera la vida útil del filtro de carbón activo. Instalación y puesta en funcionamiento El dispositivo debe instalarse con la pieza de conexión (accesorio) sobre el armario. Las salidas de señal deben conectarse en caso necesario.

Los filtros de repuesto pueden pedirse en PRIORIT. Para evitar la interrupción excesiva del funcionamiento le recomendamos tener siempre a mano un juego de repuesto de filtros. Cambio de filtro En primer lugar debe desconectar la instalación de la red eléctrica. Para cambiar un filtro debe quitar primero la tapa del dispositivo. -

1 Informations pour une utilisation sûre L’appareil de recirculation d’air PRIORIT, type EBEL:VENT-EN-U sert à l’aspiration et l’épuration de l’air d’échappement provenant des armoires à produits dangereux. La température ambiante ne doit pas excéder 40°C. 1 Informazioni sulla sicurezza d'uso L'apparecchio di ricircolo dell'aria EBEL:VENT-EN-U serve per l'aspirazione e la purificazione dell'aria di scarico da armadi per sostanze pericolose. La temperatura ambiente non deve superare i 40°C. L'apparecchio disarea l'armadio tenendo conto del ricambio d'aria prescritto, filtra gli idrocarburi e segnala il funzionamento con due spie luminose: ROSSO - Anomalia / VERDE - In funzione. - Page 50 Si devono sostituire il filtro fine e il filtro a carbone attivo. É possibile ordinare in un secondo momento il filtro di ricambio da PRIORIT. Per il funzionamento ininterrotto si consiglia di avere a disposizione un set di filtri di ricambio.

Sostituzione dei filtri In primo luogo, il sistema deve essere scollegato dalla rete elettrica. Per sostituire il filtro è necessario rimuovere il coperchio dell'unità. Per farlo occorre allentare i quattro ganci ad innesto. É quindi possibile rimuovere il filtro antiparticolato e il filtro a carbone attivo. Inserire i nuovi filtri rispettando assolutamente le sequenza indicata, filtro a carbone attivo sotto / filtro antiparticolato sopra. -

Belangrijke tips Het product dient absoluut loodrecht en waterpas opgesteld en gemonteerd te worden. Bij het afstellen van onderdelen, deze onderdelen niet op de hoeken plaatsen. Plaats eerst een zacht materiaal op de plek waar u uw materiaal gaat leggen, bijv. een pakdeken. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voor dat u de omkasting openmaakt. - Page 57 Voor de reiniging van de buitenkant van het luchtcirculatieapparaat alleen een standaard, milde, huishoudelijke reiniger gebruiken. Zorg ervoor dat er geen water, vocht of spatwater in de EBEL:VENT EN-U kan komen. Als u beschadigingen merkt die gevolgen hebben voor de technische veiligheid van het apparaat, dient u de beschadigde delen te vervangen door originele reservedelen voordat u het apparaat verder gebruikt.

1 Informatie over veilig gebruik De PRIORIT recirculatie-unit EBEL: VENT-EN-U dient voor de afzuiging en de zuivering van de afvoerlucht uit kasten met gevaarlijke stoffen. De omgevingstemperatuur mag niet hoger zijn dan 40 ° C.
