    NEOCOOL / EXACOOL / WCU1KW C / TWINCOOL INSTALLATION – PRODUCT OPERATION Only qualified personnel authorised by the manufacturer should perform the installation of the welding equipment. During the installation, the operator must ensure that the machine is disconnected from the mains. Connecting generators in serial or in parallel is forbidden. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION The EXACOOL cooling unit is a system designed to cool the water cooled torches connected to your EXAGON 400CC/CV welding machine.

    NEOCOOL / EXACOOL / WCU1KW C / TWINCOOL COLD UNIT START-UP For the first application, the pump start-up could be diffcult and generate a defect water flow. To start it correctly, it is recommended to use the above hose and follow the instructions below to purge the system: Fill the cooling unit to its maximum level to facilitate priming.

Der Aufbau darf nur im ausgeschalteten, nicht angeschlossenen Zustand vorgenommen werden. Die Reihen- oder Parallelschaltungen von Generatoren sind verboten. BESCHREIBUNG Das Kühlaggregat EXACOOL ist zur Kühlung wassergekühlter Brenner geeignet, die an Ihrem Schweißgerät EXAGON 400 CC/CV angeschlossen sind.

    • Durch Umwelteinflüsse entstandene Defekte (Verschmutzung, Rost, Staub). Die Reparatur erfolgt erst nach Erhalt einer schriftlichen Akzeptanz (Unterschrift) des zuvor vorgelegten Kostenvoranschlages durch den Besteller. Im Fall einer Garantieleistung trägt GYS ausschließlich die Kosten für den Rückversand an den Fachhändler.

    NEOCOOL / EXACOOL / WCU1KW C / TWINCOOL WAARSCHUWINGEN - VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIES Voor het in gebruik nemen van dit apparaat moeten deze instructies zorgvuldig gelezen en goed begrepen worden. Voer geen onderhoud of wijzigingen uit die niet in de handleiding vermeld staan. Iedere vorm van lichamelijk letsel of schade, veroorzaakt door het niet naleven van de instructies in deze handleiding, zal niet verhaald kunnen worden op de fabrikant van het apparaat.

    - Dat het beveiligd is tegen regendruppels (60% ten opzichte van een verticale lijn). Deze apparaten kunnen dus buiten gebruikt worden, in overeenstemming met veiligheidsindicatie IP23. De fabrikant GYS kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor lichamelijk letsel of schade aan voorwerpen veroorzaakt door niet correct of gevaarlijk gebruik van dit materiaal.

Verzekert u zich ervan dat de generator tijdens het installeren niet op het stroomnetwerk aangesloten is. Seriële en parallelle generator-verbindingen zijn verboden. Koelvloeistof is schadelijk en irriteert de ogen, de slijmvliezen en de huid. Deze hete vloeistof kan brand- wonden veroorzaken.

Voor een juiste opstart wordt aanbevolen om de hieronder getoonde slang te gebruiken en om de volgende aanwijzingen op te volgen : Vul de koelgroep tot het maximale niveau, om het ontsteken makkelijker te maken.
