1.4 Contraindications Use in patients prone to photobiological reactions: Do not use the SmartLite ® Max L.E.D. Curing Light on patients with a history of photobiological reactions (including patients with Urticaria solaris or erythropoietic protoporphyrie) or those currently undergoing treatment with photosensitising pharmaceuticals. 1.5 Technical specifications PARAMETER VALUE... - Page 5 In these cases we recommend that the SmartLite ® Max Light not be used. 6. DENTSPLY provides light probes suitable for use with the SmartLite ® Max Light. Other light probes must not be used.

4. CARE AND MAINTENANCE 4.1 Hygiene The SmartLite ® Max Light is a state-of-the-art electronic device. SOLUTION: Place the SmartLite ® Max Light in the charger, or set the unit on a counter, and allow it to cool down for at least 6 minutes.

6. WARRANTY This product is designed for use in a dental office and this warranty is not applicable to other uses. DENTSPLY warrants this product against defective materials and workmanship for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase.
