1 Safety precautions Failure to observe the information given in this manual may result in personal injury or damage to the equipment. These instructions are an integral part of the product and must be handed to the user. Read these instructions carefully, as they provide important information concerning the safety, use and maintenance of the installation. -

Agree upon a periodical maintenance schedule with the installer. ROGER TECHNOLOGY recommends servicing at 6 month intervals for normal usage. However, the frequency of maintenance intervals may vary depending on intensity of usage. - Page 4 4 Unlock instructions BE20 - BR20 - R20 Series UNLOCKING included in the lock and turn clockwise by 90° the gate manually.
