10. Operation

a) Basic settings

The basic settings have already been explained extensively in chapter 9. Here, the following
settings can be carried out in sequence:
12/24 hour mode
hours
minutes
year
sequence day/month or month/day
month
day
rain amount unit mm/inch
temperature units °C/°F
rain alarm on/off
Afterwards the setting mode is finished.

In order to call the setting mode, the time or the date has to be shown on the
display of the base station (if necessary press "RAIN SETTING" (A) button
briefly several times, until you see the time or date).
Afterwards hold the "RAIN SETTING" (A) button down for several seconds,
until the display mode for the clock ("12h" or "24h") starts to flash on the display.
Adjustment of the values is carried out with the " SINCE" (B) and/or
" HISTORY" (C) button and the setting is saved by briefly pressing the "RAIN
SETTING" (A) button.
If you want to jump a setting, simply press the "RAIN SETTING" (A) button
several times, without adjusting a value.
The setting mode is automatically left each time you don't press a key for about
10 seconds. The changes carried out so far are each saved.
