6.4 CONSUMPTION OF CHARCOAL
The amount of charchoal consumed depends on the amount of time passed:

The charcoal must be added to the Basque Grill, every hour and a half or 2 hours. At each recharge we will add about
4 kg (8.8 Ib).
The diary consumption of charcoal, depending of the Basque Grill model, follows more or less the following diagram:
Se debe ir añadiendo carbón a la Parrilla Vasca, cada hora y media o 2 horas. En cada recarga añadiremos aproxima-
damente 4 kg de carbón.
