Operation with DATA-CD containing JPEG files

Displaying JPEGs

• Use discs that have been recorded in compliance
with the ISO 9660 CD-ROM file system.
• This player is compatible with CD-R/CD-RW/CD-
ROMs containing JPEG files (some recording
methods may not allow discs to be played).
• Baseline JPEG or EXIF*
up to 7 mega-pixels are supported (with a
maximum vertical and horizontal resolution of
5760 × 3840 pixels).
• Still image JPEG files identified by the file
extension .jpg or .JPG can be displayed.
• Total number of files including MP3 files and folders
on the disc should be less than 648.
• Images of large files may take more time loading.

Individual images

Insert a disc with JPEG images.

MP3 and JPEG icon appears on the TV screen.
Select JPEG icon using i+/k–, then press OK/
ENTER.
• If JPEG folders are displayed, press i+/k– to
select a JPEG folder, then press OK/ENTER.

Press i+/k– to select a JPEG file.
• To move to the next page, press TOP MENU.
• To move to the previous page, press DISC MENU.

Press sSTOP or vRETURN to return to the
menu.

JPEG files can be played back sequentially.

Follow step 1 and 2 of the left.

Press l to move the cursor to the Slide Speed
section.

Press i+/k– repeatedly to select the playback
speed. Each time you press the buttons, the
speed changes as follows.
Fast Y Normal Y Slow Y Off
• If you select Off, Slide Show does not begin.

Press j and i+/k– to select a file to start
playback.
• To move to the next page, press TOP MENU.
• To move to the previous page, press DISC MENU.

Press C or OK/ENTER.
• Playback starts from the selected file in order.
• Playback stops after the last file within the folder has
been played.
To return to the menu during playback
Press sSTOP or vRETURN.
