- Page 2 Step 1: Set the modesty panel on the floor with the trough on the bottom. Attach modesty panel to the legs by setting the legs on the floor and aligning modesty panel holes with the holes on the legs. Use short screws for attachment, but do not tighten the screws until the flip beam is in place. Step 2: Once both legs are attached to the modesty panel, turn base upright and attach the flip beam to the legs.
