Purpose of document

This document provides additional information to the Operator's Manual.
This addendum is valid for and intended to be used in conjunction with the ACCU-CHEK
Inform II Operator's Manual (all versions up to 5.0). It is not a replacement for the complete
ACCU-CHEK Inform II Operator's Manual.
