Section 1

Install Utility Software

Step 1
Before installing the utility software, do not insert the Cardbus
adapter into your computer. If the adapter is inserted already, Windows
will detect the adapter and request for a driver. Click Cancel to quit the
wizard and remove the Cardbus adapter from your computer.
Step 2
Close all programs that are currently running. Insert the
provided Utility and Driver CD into your CD-ROM drive and select
Install Software from the setup menu. See Fig. 1.1.
Note: If the setup menu does not appear automatically,
select Run from the Windows Start menu and type
D:\Utility\Setup.exe (where D is the letter of your CD-Rom
drive) and click OK.

Step 3
When the welcome screen appears, click Next. See Fig 1.2.
Step 4
Select FCC as the Country Domain for U.S., or choose the
appropriate domain for your country. Click OK after you have read and
agreed to the Country Domain Selection Warning.
