drill-driver, Philips screwdriver, 8mm hex key, hammer, two adults.
Head/foot end (1) – 2 pcs.
Side rail (2) – 2 pcs.
Middle bar (3) – 1 pc.
Middle leg (4) – 1 pc.
Construction bar with legs (5) – 2 pcs.
Maxifix cam (A) – 8 pcs.
Maxifix coupling (B) – 4 pcs.
Maxifix bolt streight (C) – 4 pcs.
Maxifix bolt angle (C) – 4 pcs.
Flat fitting (D) – 2 pcs.
"L" fitting (E) – 2 pcs.
Stabilising pin (F) – 4 pcs.
"UT" fitting (G) – 4 pcs.
4 x 15 screw (short) – 8 pcs.
5 x 25 Spax screw (long) – 24 pcs.
Double-threaded screws – 4 pcs
Washer – 4 pcs.
Nuts – 4 pcs.

- Page 1 ASSEMBLY MANUAL BOXSPRING BED 02/2015 To assemble the bed you require drill-driver, Philips screwdriver, 8mm hex key, hammer, two adults. Head/foot end (1) – 2 pcs. Side rail (2) – 2 pcs. Middle bar (3) – 1 pc. Middle leg (4) – 1 pc.
- Page 2 1. Step With the use of 4x15 screws secure the flat fitting (D) to the side rails (2) as per the marked holes. With the use of Spax 5x25 screws and a drill-driver secure the “UT” fittings (G) to the side rails (2) as per the marked holes.
- Page 3 3. Step Prepare the Maxifix cams (A) and insert them into the holes drilled in the head and foot ends (1) so that the arrows on the cams are turned in the direction of the edges, where the horizontal holes are drilled.
- Page 4 6. Step Insert the middle leg (5) in the middle hole of the bar (4). Place the middle bar (4) aligning the “L” fittings (E) with the flat fittings (D). 7. Step With the use of double-threaded screws assemble the wooden bed frame with textile header element: place 4 screws in the marked holes and assemble the textile header with 4 washers and 4 nuts.
