Learning more about your Snoring Relief
Band
Adaptation phase
indicates a session of more than twelve hours.
After twelve hours, the sensor automatically stops
the sleep session and switches off. The sensor will
not show any data for response rate and the hours
on your back.
You may need some time to get used to the
Snoring Relief Band. To help you get used to the
vibrations, the sensor starts with an adaptation
phase that consists of 7 sleep sessions.
During this phase, the Snoring Relief Band does
not vibrate every time you lie on your back. With
each next sleep session it vibrates more often.
From the 8th sleep session onwards, the sensor
vibrates every time you lie on your back (normal
phase).
