Automatic pause mode
Stopping a sleep session
- The sensor allows you to fall asleep in any
position. This means that during the first 30
minutes of a sleep session the sensor will not
vibrate. Once the 30 minutes have passed, the
sensor will vibrate when you are lying on your
back.
- A sleep session can last up to 12 hours. After 12
hours the sensor automatically stops the sleep
session and switches off.
- If a sleep session has been stopped and started
again within a two hour timespan, both
sessions are counted as one full sleep session.
A sleep session is automatically paused, when the
sensor detects you sat up or got out of bed
(vertical position). After you lie down again, the
sensor will not vibrate for the first 30 minutes to
allow you to fall asleep. Once the 30 minutes have
passed, the sensor will vibrate when you are lying
on your back.
Temporarily interrupt vibrations
If the sleep session is active and you are awake
and lying on your back, but you do not want the
sensor to vibrate at that moment, tilt the sensor to
a vertical position and back to start the automatic
pause mode.
You need to manually stop the sleep session
when you wake up and get out of bed.
To stop a sleep session, press and hold the
activation button for two seconds. If you do not
stop the sleep session, the sensor keeps vibrating
when the Snoring Relief Band is taken off and the
sensor is placed on a horizontal surface.
