This will prevent damage to the product due to lightning and power-line surges.

    Select a location with adequate clearance near an AC electrical outlet. Make sure the power cord will reach the outlet easily. Mounting the iCarta We recommend the unit be mounted flush against the cabinet or wall. 1. Position Mounting Template on your chosen location.

Make any adjustments to the screws to have a tighter/looser fit. Once the unit is securely mounted, connect the AC adapter plug into the jack on the side of the unit, then plug the AC adapter into AC electrical outlet.
  • Page 8 Getting Started Using Dock Spacer with iPod Your iCarta comes with an adjustable spacer that slides to accommodate different sized iPod. This is to ensure your iPod will fit properly with the dock on top of unit. To adjust the spacer: Install Bath Tissue Holder Your iCarta comes with a bath tissue holder.

Protect your furniture when placing the unit on a flat surface made of natural wood and lacquered finish. A protective material such as a cloth should be placed between the unit and furniture.
