GEV Gewährleistung
Unsere Produkte sind nach geltenden Vorschriften geprüft und mit größter
Sorgfalt hergestellt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie nicht unser Vertragspartner sind. Wir sind daher
auch nicht Ihr unmittelbarer Ansprechpartner für Gewährleistungsthemen. Ihr
Vertragspartner und unmittelbarer Ansprechpartner für Gewährleistungsfragen
ist der Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Das Produkt muss
also dort reklamiert werden, wo Sie es gekauft haben. Eine Abwicklung einer
möglichen Gewährleistung kann aus organisatorischen und rechtlichen
Gründen nicht mit der GEV GmbH direkt durchgeführt werden. Wenden Sie
sich zur Erfüllung Ihrer Gewährleistungsansprüche - samt Kaufbeleg - an den
Händler, bei dem Sie das Gerät erworben haben, und geben das Produkt
vollständig zurück.
Bei der Einforderung Ihrer Gewährleistungsansprüche bitten wir Sie,mit diesem
Formular, dem Händler und uns in Form einer Fehlerbeschreibung zu helfen.
Wir stellen im wesentlichen Sicherheitsprodukte her. Deshalb nutzen wir Ihre
Angaben, um unsere Produkte stetig zu verbessern.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir uns (gegenüber dem Händler) vorbehalten,
bei Produkten, die einen bestimmten Wert überschreiten, zunächst von der
Lieferung eines neuen Produkts Abstand zu nehmen und von unserem Recht
der Nachbesserung Gebrauch zu machen. Sollte die Nachbesserung keinen
Erfolg haben, werden wir selbstverständlich unserer rechtlichen Verpflichtung zur
Ersatzlieferung nachkommen.
Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind die natürliche Abnutzung sowie
Veränderungen/Störungen durch Umwelteinflüsse, die wir bei der Herstellung
des Produktes nicht vorhersehen konnten. Auch haften wir nicht für Schäden,
die auf den Transport zurückzuführen sind. Ebenso ausgeschlossen von unserer
Gewährleistung sind Schäden, die infolge Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung,
der Wartungsanweisung und/oder unsachgemäßer Installation sowie aufgrund von
uns nicht zu vertretenden Verschmutzungen entstanden sind.
Bitte beachten Sie schließlich unbedingt Folgendes:
Die von uns Ihnen gegenüber erklärte Gewährleistung begründet keine
Herstellergarantie. Vielmehr möchten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit geben,
Ihre gegenüber dem Händler bestehenden Gewährleistungsansprüche
durch unsere Einschaltung abzuwickeln. Wir kommen damit auch unseren
Gewährleistungspflichten gegenüber den Händlern nach. Sofern Sie ein
gewerblicher Kunde und kein privater Endverbraucher sind, bitten wir um
Verständnis dafür, dass wir Ihre Gewährleistungsanfrage ablehnen müssen,
sofern die Gewährleistungsansprüche des Händlers, bei dem Sie das Produkt
erworben haben, gegen uns verjährt sind.

I nostri prodotti sono stati controllati secondo le normative vigenti e sono stati
prodotti con estrema cura.
Tenere conto del fatto che il consumatore non è il nostro partner di contratto. Non
siamo perciò per quest'ultimo il referente diretto per quanto concerne la garanzia.
Il partner di contratto e il referente diretto del cliente per richieste di garanzia è
il rivenditore presso il quale è stato acquistato il prodotto. È necessario anche
presentare i reclami dove si è acquistato il prodotto. Non è possibile effettuare
direttamente con GEV GmbH un disbrigo di una possibile garanzia a causa di
motivi organizzativi e legali. Per esercitare il proprio diritto alla garanzia, rivolgersi,
muniti di scontrino, al rivenditore presso il quale è stato acquistato l'apparecchio
e restituire il prodotto integro in tutte le sue parti.
Nella richiesta del diritto di garanzia, si prega gentilmente di descrivere il difetto
nel presente modulo, in modo da essere d'aiuto al rivenditore e a noi stessi.
Produciamo essenzialmente prodotti per la sicurezza. Perciò, sfruttiamo le
indicazioni del consumatore per migliorare costantemente i nostri prodotti.
Considerare che (rispetto al rivenditore) in caso di prodotti che superano un
determinato valore, ci riserviamo il diritto innanzitutto di evitare l'invio di un
nuovo prodotto e di applicare il nostro diritto di riparazione. Se la riparazione non
dovesse avere esito positivo, naturalmente provvederemo ad adempiere al nostro
obbligo giuridico di sostituzione.
Dalla garanzia sono esclusi l'usura naturale e le modifiche/i guasti dovuti a

possibilità di effettuare la richiesta di garanzia nei confronti del rivenditore

manufactured with the utmost care.
Please note that you are not our contractual partner. For this reason, we are
also not your direct contact for warranty issues. Your contract partner and direct
contact for warranty queries is the distributor from whom you purchased the
product. Any claims relating to the product must be made at the location where
you purchased the product. Potential warranty claims cannot be processed by
GEV GmbH directly for logistical and legal reasons. To make a warranty claim,
please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product and return the
complete product along with the proof of purchase.
When making a warranty claim, please assist us and the distributor by providing
a fault description using this form. We primarily manufacture security products.
For this reason, we use the information you provide to constantly improve our
products.
Please note that we (as opposed to the distributor) reserve the right to initially
refrain from supplying a new product for goods exceeding a certain value and
instead exert our right to repair the product. If the repair is unsuccessful, we will of
course comply with our legal obligation to supply a replacement product.
Natural wear and tear is excluded from the warranty, as are changes/interference
caused by environmental factors that we could not foresee when manufacturing
the product. We are also not liable for damage caused during transportation. Our
warranty also excludes any damage resulting from failure to follow the operating
instructions, maintenance instructions and/or improper installation, as well as
from contamination that is not attributable to us.
Finally, please note the following:
The warranty explained here does not represent a manufacturer's guarantee.
Rather, we hope to give you the ability to resolve your existing warranty

Prosimy pamiętać, że nie jesteście Państwo naszym kontrahentem. W związku
z tym nie możemy bezpośrednio kontaktować się z Państwem w sprawach
dotyczących gwarancji. W sprawach dotyczących gwarancji należy kontaktować

Nasze produkty spełniają najważniejsze wymogi bezpieczeństwa. Chcielibyśmy

nieprawidłowej instalacji oraz zabrudzeń powstałych nie z winy producenta.
Ponadto należy zwrócić uwagę na następujące kwestie:
Otrzymana przez Państwa gwarancja sprzedawcy nie jest tożsama z
gwarancją producenta. Niemniej jednak chcielibyśmy zaoferować Państwu
możliwość skorzystania z naszego pośrednictwa przy rozpatrywaniu
roszczeń gwarancyjnych zgłaszanych sprzedawcy. W ten sposób wypełniamy
również nasze zobowiązanie gwarancyjne wobec sprzedawców. Jednak
jeśli nabywcą towaru jest osoba prowadząca działalność gospodarczą,
niebędąca osobą fizyczną, a nasza gwarancja względem sprzedawcy, u
którego nabyli Państwo produkt, straciła już ważność, wówczas nie mamy
podstawy do rozpatrzenia Państwa zgłoszenia gwarancyjnego.

sommes donc pas votre interlocuteur direct pour les questions de garantie. Votre
partenaire contractuel et interlocuteur direct pour les questions de garantie est
le commerçant auprès duquel vous avez acheté le produit. Les réclamations
doivent donc être déposées là où vous avez acheté le produit. Pour des raisons
organisationnelles et juridiques, aucun règlement de garantie ne peut être traité
directement avec la société GEV GmbH. Pour faire valoir vos droits à la garantie,
munissez-vous d'un justificatif d'achat et adressez-vous au commerçant auprès
duquel vous avez acheté le produit en lui remettant le produit complet.
Dans le cadre de votre demande de prise en charge en garantie, nous vous prions
d'aider le commerçant, ainsi que nous-mêmes avec une description des défauts à
l'aide de ce formulaire. Nous fabriquons principalement des produits de sécurité.
Nous utilisons donc vos indications pour améliorer constamment nos produits.
Notez que nous nous réservons le droit (vis-à-vis du commerçant), pour les
produits au-delà d'une certaine valeur, de procéder à une réparation avant
de fournir un produit neuf. Si la réparation n'est pas satisfaisante, nous
respecterons bien entendu notre obligation légale de fourniture d'un produit de
remplacement.
Sont exclus de la garantie l'usure normale et les modifications/dysfonctionnements
consécutifs aux incidences environnementales, que nous n'avons pas pu
prévoir lors de la fabrication du produit. Nous n'assumons également aucune
responsabilité pour les dommages consécutifs au transport. Sont également
exclus de la garantie les dommages consécutifs au non-respect du manuel
d'utilisation, des instructions de maintenance et/ou à une installation incorrecte et
consécutifs à des salissures qui ne peuvent pas nous être imputées.
Veuillez tenir compte impérativement des éléments suivants :
La garantie que nous vous accordons ne justifie aucune garantie du
fabricant. Nous préférons vous donner la possibilité de faire valoir vos
droits à la garantie auprès du commerçant par notre intermédiaire. Nous
respectons ainsi nos obligations vis-à-vis du commerçant dans le cadre
de la garantie. Si vous êtes un client commercial et non un consommateur
final particulier, nous vous prions de comprendre que nous devons refuser
votre demande en garantie dans la mesure où les droits de garantie du
commerçant auprès duquel vous avez acheté le produit sont prescrits
auprès de nous.
