Always use wall-mounting bracket to attach the ComfoTouch XL to the wall. First insert two insertion flaps to the holes on top of the ComfoTouch XL and then turn gently the lower part towards the bracket until it snaps and locks the unit tightly to the wall-mounting bracket. - Page 5 Make sure the newest soft- ware is uploaded on the ComfoAir XL.
