There are various applications such as games, chat programs,
business tools etc. Please choose your applications carefully. Below
are some tips on choosing applications.
• To protect yourself and your privacy from spyware, phishing, and
viruses, please download your applications from trusted sites such
as the Android Market.
• Before installing an application on the Android Market, check the
comments and reviews. This will help you choose the most suitable
applications for you. If you have any doubts on the safety of the
application, do not install it.
• Uninstall applications you are not using anymore. You can reinstall
an application at a later date if required.
• Downloaded applications will differ but all will use space, memory
and battery power. For example a simple widget will consume
less than a music streaming widget. If you think that installed
applications are using a lot of memory, data, battery and space,
please uninstall some applications. You can reinstall an application
at a later date if required.
