The marking with the warning notice (Figure. 3) is only given for flame arrestors which are classified as protected against short burning “b” or endurance burning “c”. Flame arrestors with resistance thermometers shall be inspected to check the functioning of the resistance thermometer after every maintenance / cleaning. The reinstallation into the complete system is carried out according to Section IV. Only use Cashco manufactured parts when it is necessary to replace single component parts.
