When working on any vehicle exercise extreme caution. Please allow the vehicles exhaust system to be cool enough to touch before removal.
Failing to do so may result in severe burns. If working without a hoist refer to the vehicles manual to check correct lifting specifications. Always wear safety
glasses, protective gloves and ensure your working in a safe area. Serious injury or death can occur if the correct safety measures are not followed.

- Page 4 Step 2 On a bench assemble finger tight ES-FRS16-CBS-C1 to ES-FRS16-C1 Lift into place and insert hanger into rubber and V Band flare into Dump Pipe. If fitting the XForce Dump Pipe (ES-FRS16-KITB) DO NOT use the ES- FRS16-CBS-C1 Slide the ES-FRS16-02-C2 over the rear sub frame (from tailshaft side) then finger tight bolt to ES-FRS16-C1 and then fit the ES-FRS16-VMKR and Tips.
- Page 5 Step 3 Fit Bimodal Motor to BMSIM-01 and bolt to the Chassis next to the factory wiring using the hole in the Chassis, then plug wiring to motor. (REFER TO PIC).
- Page 6 Note: When you first start your vehicle after the installation of your new XFORCE Performance Exhaust System, there may be some smoke and fumes coming from the system. This is a protective oil based coating used in the manufacturing of mandrel bent performance exhaust tubing. This is not a problem and will disappear within a very short period of time after the exhaust has reached normal operating temperatures.
