Auto Delete: If activated, allows the phone to
delete the earliest messages automatically to
spare room for new messages when the message
memory is full. If deactivated, the phone cannot
receive new messages when the memory is full.
Priority: Allows you to set the priority of
messages sent to the receivers. The priorities are
Normal, Urgent and Emergency. The message
priority function is network dependent.
Delivery Ack: Allows you to require a message
delivery report from the short message service
center (SMSC).
Memory In Use: Allows you to set the memory
in use (either the phone or the UIM card), if the
UIM card is available.
Memory Status: Allows you to view the status
of memory for messages (both the memory used
and the total memory). The phone can save up to
100 messages.
Deferred Delivery: Allows you to set the time
for deferring the message delivery from the
SMSC to the receiver. Four options are available:
Immediate, After 12 Hours, After 1 Day, and
After 3 Days.
Validity Period: Allows you to set the validity
period of messages, the time during which
messages failed to be sent are saved at SMSC
before deleting. Four options are available:
Default, After 12 Hours, After 1 Day, and
After 3 Days.
Allows you to delete messages in the inbox,
Delete All
outbox, draft, templates, or all messages.
