7. Set the dial software embedded into Windows at the PC side.
8. Initiate dialing from the PC. The number must be the same as the
number from the phone. After obtaining the IP address, you can
access your PC to the Internet.

Setting Fax/Data Rx Mode

1. Select Menu > Settings > Data Settings > Fax/Data Rx Mode.
2. Press
Off: Disable the phone from receiving any data. The phone
regards the next call as a voice call.
Fax Until Next Call: Allows the phone to regard the next call as
fax. After the next call, the phone automatically sets Fax/Data Rx
Mode back to Off.
Fax Until Power Off: Allows the phone to regard all the
incoming calls as fax before power-off. After you power on the
phone again, the phone automatically sets Fax/Data Rx Mode
back to Off.
Data Until Next Call: Allows the phone to regard the next call as
data. After the next call, the phone automatically sets Fax/Data
Rx Mode back to Off.
Data Until Power Off: Allows the phone to regard all the
incoming calls as data before power-off. After you power on the
phone again, the phone automatically sets Fax/Data Rx Mode
back to Off.

Sending a Fax

When sending a fax, you need not to set your phone. Make sure that
the USB cable between the PC and your phone is well connected.
Send the fax from the PC with the fax software loaded.
